At Insight Initiative for Community and Social Development, we celebrate the teeming Youth of Nigeria, who have remained resilient in adversity, stood strong in affliction, fought relentlessly for equity and social justice, and remained committed to nation-building and national development on the occasion of the International Youth Day.
Through your voices, reforms have been made, our democracy strengthened and our unity in diversity further sharpened to midwife greater prosperity for Nigeria and Nigerians.
On our part, we remain keenly devoted and unrelenting in pursuing causes of societal change and transformation.
Our projects, most especially, the Osun Open Local Government Project (OsunOpenLG) has continuously advocated for the common good of the people by championing the institutionalisation of good governance at the grassroots.
We are unperturbed by the challenge of constantly seeking the reopening of our council areas six months after it was shut for obvious reasons.
We are unhappy that our development as young people is halted by the with holding of local government funds. We seek that those in charge do right by the people, which they begged for votes as posterity is a definite decider of the actions of men.
